Privacy statement

We securely store details of your membership (membership/renewal date, your name and email address) for the duration of your membership. Please note your membership payment profile is also held online with our payment provider, PayPal, under their own data policy (more details here).

We securely store details of your ride history. The information you submit via the ride registration forms is used to help with the planning and running of each ride. It is treated confidentially and will only be seen by the ride organisers and Fridays admin volunteers, and never shared with anyone else. We retain personal contact information, including email, phone numbers and any personal information you send us relating to the ride (including health or medical issues) for a period of no longer than 3 years, but delete emergency contact details on completion of the ride.
