Fen Bridges (night ride) - date tbc
Ride leader Claire says:

Distance: approx.120km / 80 miles, elevation 300m. A loop ride: Ely - King's Lynn - Ely.

Originally planned for 2 June, this ride is being rescheduled due to strikes on the railway. This page will be updated as soon as a new date is known, so check back regularly.

Starting from Ely at midnight, we zig-zag the bridges crossing the Fens waterways, taking in some of the mysteries of Fenland along the way to King's Lynn. With sunrise on the quayside, we turn into the mists to head back to Ely.
Our midpoint stop is a no-frills petrol station (unless the McDonalds next door is open) with a rest at the quayside. There’s often headwinds so wrap up warm, bring warm layers and a picnic.
Breakfast is from Grain Culture on our arrival back into Ely who do fantastic pastries and coffee. There's cafe seating inside, a courtyard out back, or we might bask on the front benches in the morning sun like last year.
